Historic movie-palaces are being re-purposed as performing art centers in many cities. Correcting large balcony overhangs to improve rear orchestra seating area acoustics, improving cramped row spacings and vertical sight lines in balconies, and enlarging small stage houses are some of the common issues we have found on many large and small historic projects.
